We are all about exceptional service, hence we work tirelessly to ensure our customers experience is seamless. 

 Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed after which it will be shipped out. *Business days excludes weekends and holidays.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 3-5 business days before contacting us since packages may be delayed due to weather conditions and emergencies.

NOTE - Items listed as 'Pre- Order' will indicate the time the product will ship and has additional 5 business days to top the regular business days for processing orders. 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Order/Return Processing Times are slightly longer during sale events and holidays.

Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.
