Shipping & Returns

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed after which it will be shipped out. *Business days excludes weekends and holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 business days before contacting us since packages may be delayed due to weather conditions and emergencies.
NOTE - Items listed as 'Pre- Order' have an additional 5 business days to top the regular business days for processing orders. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Order/Return Processing Times are slightly longer during sale events and holidays.
Please also note that the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We encourage customers to review size chart to select the correct size before placing an order.

We do offer returns and exchanges for a bigger size if available, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if eligible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags. It must also be in the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, unfortunately we can not approve your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not provide free return shipping labels. Shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
