All orders received before 5pm EST Monday to Friday will be processed same day as order received. For all orders received after 5pm EST Monday to Friday, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed after which it will be shipped out. *Business days excludes weekends and holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 1-3 business days before contacting us since packages may be delayed due to weather conditions and emergencies.

We package all of our items very carefully to avoid damage in shipment, but it does happen from time-to-time. If any of your items were received damaged, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of damaged product so that we may proceed with a claim and replacement. In the rare event that an item arrives to you incorrect i.e wrong size, wrong product etc. please contact us immediately and we'll do everything to make it right.
